Directions to Cwm Coch

Cwm Coch Farm, Carmarthen, SA33 5DU (OS Grid Ref WGS84 SN3586 1842).

Come to Carmarthen along the M4 then the A48. On the outskirts of Carmarthen you will come to a roundabout at the bottom of a long hill. Go straight across this roundabout, towards St. Clears, and after a short dual carriageway turn left onto the A40, also signposted St. Clears.

You will pass the Carmarthen Showground on your left, then a Shell garage on the right. A quarter of a mile after the garage there is a small turning on the left, which looks like a private driveway.

Turn in here, and follow it around to the right, behind the white bungalow, then round to the left. The road becomes a dirt track, follow this for half a mile, you will come to a railway crossing. Please follow the instructions and telephone the signal box requesting permission to cross at the Gorscoch crossing, trains are infrequent but do use the track.

Once across the railway, Cwm Coch is a little further on down the lane.
